Get to know your team
One of the key benefits of a team-building session is the ability to observe away from their normal responsibilities and workplace dynamics.
You get to see hidden talents, characteristics and skills that you may not have been aware of. By creating a challenging, relaxed and social atmosphere, individuals are less reserved and feel comfortable expressing themselves, letting you see your team in a new light.
Observing your team operate outside their comfort zone has many advantages and is highly beneficial to the structure of your team. You get to see behind the mask, confirming your selection of key roles or personalities. It may also expose areas that may need improvement. you can observe management and leadership styles. It can also bring out qualities that may have not been seen before.
With this information and an understanding of your team's strengths, weaknesses, and vulnerabilities, you can structure your team to have maximum impact and efficiency in the workplace.
Lunch
Battle Stations CQB - At the Battle Stations Snetterton, we have a full commercial kitchen and can offer a wide range of meal deals, including a main, Fries and a canned drink for the largest of groups.
We will send you a form for large groups so each student can pre-order their meal. Ideally, this should be completed two weeks before your visit.
On arrival, we will issue each student with a wristband that is colour-coded to their meal. They should include their meal choice so there is no confusion on the day.
For larger groups, lunch is usually served in two sittings and is supervised to ensure everyone gets the right meal.
Battle Stations Boston - We have limited catering facilities at Battle Stations Boston. We can offer snacks and drinks at the Boston site, but we recommend students bring a packed lunch.
Price and Deposit
Price - Your final "all-inclusive" cost will depend on the package you choose. We fix your package price so you can choose what is best for you. Your price will include everything you need for the visit.
Confirmation - We will confirm everything in your confirmation email, including your price per person, a full outline of the activity chosen, and a programme for your visit. We will ask you to confirm that you agree with the programme's contents so that everyone understands what will be provided on the day.
